Just play safe, buy wards, ask for jg ganks, if you don't like it don't play the fucking game, just accept that is IS part of the game...

So towers should give a 100% damage resist buff to the champions of the same team, that way diving will stop. Seriously, you had a bad game. I get it. Where do you go from here? Well, you learn from your mistakes and improve as a player. You don't whine about it on the boards.
Going back to your original point, some champions are countered best by camping them hard early game. I mean if your enemy had 
top lane, you'd want him camped. Unless, of course, you want him criting the daylights out of you sooner.
