What's going on with my teams?

So, as of S4, I left for about 5 months. I came back, played some bots to shake off the rust, and queued up for normals...and two autolocked and didn't say a word the entire game, one fed, and then there was another decent player. Just about every game I've had since I came back has been similar to this. I'm not saying I'm doing great, (actually below average.) but why is every team like this? Are there just more idiots in league now? Or did I piss Riot off by being one of the MANY to notice Opeli is awful to fans?

The community has always been bad, but lately has gone to absolute shit. Nothing except bads and ragers, usually both. This is S5, welcome to it. I'm about done with the game myself.

Some things that may have changed since you were gone:

Tribunal is currently down and has been for past several months for maintenance/upgrade (hopefully coming back sometime in season 5), so for now chat restrictions are being handed out through an automated process
After being away for a long while your normal queue MMR may have dropped (not too sure on this one though), so you might be playing with players well below your skill level
