Add some passive like "ranged spells (and attacks) deal 66% damage" or so? Passive could be turned off for lets say 1 minute for every time someone used Poro toss & follow up on champions.

I've seen **impossibly ** large amounts of Varuses, Jhins, Jinxes and all other ADCs and mages who were only poking. Not even using their snowballs.

If it was SR, I'd laugh at my naivety..

But HA & overall FGM are domain of Latency... So...

I can hope.. I guess...
