Well, I'm just out of a game where I lost lane against a Fiora and got carried by my team, but there is some skills in making you light enough to be carried. When you already gave 3 kills to your laner (I did), you need to start playing differently. Stay on the defensive, farm under tower, don't over commit to CS, because over-committing often means dying in 1 combo, be paranoid about the jungler presence (he will want to continue the snowball), and ping the MIA, because you don't want your fed laner to gank other lanes.

By doing all that, at 20 minutes, i was 2-3-2 with 140 farms. Still far behind Fiora with 3-1-1 and 170, but really not shut down, and the fiora did not snowball too hard, didn't took any tower, and I managed to not be useless in the following of the game.

what role do you play? me and two other friends are looking for solid top and support players we are not gods but we coordinate extremely well and either one of us is carrying or the other two simply cannot manage on the team. I am an adc, we have a mid, and jg. we know we can climb we just need to find the right people to play with consistently.
