Colgate Gator8 votesI'm all for a Yasuo hate thread, but I cannot get behind the idea of Swain's ultimate being on a shorter cooldown.
It's also worth noting that by the time Yasuo's ult CD is 30 seconds (lvl 3), Swain, as any other mage, will have around 30% if not 40% CDR already, which cuts down on his high initial CD time, or even 45% since most Swains run Cosmic insight, making the ultimate almost in a 1 min CD.
So yeah, no, your cherry picking won't work here.
