twitch doesn't really delete anyone in < 1 second

you can complain about strong champions all you want but don't be making false insinuations

Its not false? I wish i had the screenshot to show you that spray and pray did over 1000 damage in less than 1 second

That's just not possible for twitch to do on a single target, he'd have to have over 500 AD + at least 2.0 attack speed:

The only thing Spray n Pray does (at max rank) is give him 40AD, 300 Range, and Piercing Bolts that do 20% less damage for each champion it pierces. Even if his target has literally 0 armor then he's need 460 AD and 2.0 attack speed to do 1k damage to a target in 1 second.

If you're data is coming from the death recap thing then you should know that that's fairly unreliable. It's more than likely that it counted all of the damage spray and pray did to everyone, including minions, which would explain the 1k damage in 1 second.

In fact, Twitch is one of the few strong adcs that doesn't delete people. His strength comes from his safety (from stealth and range from ult) and multi-target capabilities with shred (runaans and ult), not his raw damage like Vayne or Jhin.

To crit for 1k Damage, with an Infinity Edge, he needs 400 AD. He has about 100 base, item 3031 70 + item 3072 75 + item 3812 75 +item 3508 70 + Spray and Pray 40. He reaches 430 AD. Add a item 3085 for some extra crit chance and he's sitting at 70% chance of doing 1075 Damage per AA. With 57,5% naturally increased AS, combined with his Q 50%, item 3006 35%, and item 3085 40%, he reaches 1,91 AS.

So, not taking into consideration runes and masteries (which alone have a potential 17,5% increase on damage dealt), his average AA will be dealing 880 damage, every half a second. This results in 1760 DPS. If you add masteries and infernal drakes, you're looking at over 2300 DPS.

It's pretty fair to assume that deleting people is possible with Twitch. At least for squishies.

Math aside, I have first hand experience on deleting squishies in 2 autos with him, both before and after 6.22. Although it does requires a full build.
