You're opening Pandora's box, Riot. No one wants to see the return of Darius in the meta. His very presence is a festering ball of toxicancer; stop giving him buffs and giving ppl reasons to remember his existence. It's bad enough that you have 
currently running around the Rift, plundering and raping small children. Do we really need to add the king of oppression to the list?
