Did they seriously just buff Xerath's stun

Seriously? It wasn't enough he didn't need to do shit pre stun unlike brand, now it can even last potentially longer.

Wow.

"Shocking Orb (E) tooltip now lists stun scales up to 2.25 seconds instead of 2 seconds. [Context: May just be a tooltip fix, not seeing any Xerath files updated this patch]"

So no, it wasn't buffed, the tooltip was just wrong.

That is probably the most likely scenario. Riot doesn't straight up buff champions that already see professional play often (I'm not counting indirect buffs like nerfing champion counters or buffing items).

they are probably just giving him a benefit of the doubt buff. His tooltip was likely erroneous, so the fixed it instead of nerving him to match the tooltip. Xerath has been in a pretty healthy spot for a while now sand doesn't really warrant buffs or nerfs, so they chose to fix the clarity without changing numbers.

Apparently it could have always been like that since no files seem to have been adjusted.
