How to carry as nasus vs cc team?

Mody bird··1 votes·582 views

I always struggle vs nasus vs cc/dash champs, i build full tank with merc trends and i have 700 stacks late game but cant seem to survive for more than 5 seconds. How do i carry my team in this situation? If i land a wither on the adc he just qss it.
