Abilities like Fizz Playful/Trickster and Elise's Rappel do not drop tower aggro. They cannot be targeted for the duration of the ability but when they come back down they have tower aggro again.
This is one of many changes that need to be done to towers because they are useless right now. Like, frustratingly useless.

IcyPepper1 votesI think how it would work is that tower aggro will go elsewhere, but then immediately change to Fizz or Elise.
It'll juggle aggro, but it won't reduce tower damage.
