RIOT, you should rework...

I wouldnt mind some tweaks to my q and w.

I play her and love her, but I still feel like way to much of what I do is gated through my w charm. I also wish my Q slowed or something instead of W applying a slow.

Like if W didnt apply a slow but did the MR Shred, Id be good. It would still charm at full cycle, but wouldnt get anything other than the mr shred from expunging it early. Then add a small slow to her Q so i can try to kite other junglers and champs in a 1v1.

My only real gripe I guess is that I want more 1v1 skirmish potential as evelynn, like the old one used to be able to do.

Some junglers are viable in top

I think they should remove jungle items and have the smite upgrades built into the summoner spell itself and change the spellbook smite so it cant be upgraded then make the current jungle items like their own items that other laners can build as well it creates diversity for junglers and other laners.

Obviously this sort of change would have to be a preseason change because its too big to just throw at people randomly and has a lot of balance issues that would have to be addressed.
