when i saw this champion i thought oh an other champion like malphite shen and i was really happy but riot want to make him a supp and i was really sad about it

Well firstly you might want to figure out how to quote. Second, who the hell ever said you can't play him elsewhere? Death to the meta, do as you please.

Some people jungle with Morgana, sometimes I do it with Soraka.

I still say it's too Early to tell. It's going to depend on how well he scales with Item, How well he can lane, and how much his kit favors the duo lane.

Riot is trying to create some Duality when they created this champion. He has utility that can help with the team, but it may work better if he's allowed to solo lane and build items. (like Lulu)

even thou riot consider him a support he might be a good top laner. let them push, hide in your jungle, then ult behind him with your jungle and boom free kill
