I think WotA could healthily exist as in option in today's League.

+ = WotA 100 ability power 20% spell vamp Cost: 2100 gold

DoT and AoE spells would get full benefits from healing. Doesn't stack with

You'd be trading magic pen, cdr, waveclear, damage, grievous wounds and mana for more sustain.

Still wouldn't compare to running around with and Ravenous Hunter, but it'd stop certain AP champs from being completely bullied out of lane while AD champs heal off the minion wave.

Beyond the fact that the item is unreal cheap, vlad alone would be game breaking with its ap+20% healing.

WotA was always a cheap item because sustain was the only thing it offered. Used to be core on Swain Vladimir Morgana Mordekaiser but many champs could benefit from it now like Zoe Neeko Gragas Azir Malzahar Ziggs Veigar Cassiopeia as well being beneficial to AP bruisers/tanks.

A lot of them are bullied out of lane when AD champs build item 1059 . A perfect example of this is Talon vs Fizz where Fizz can when the first trades and force Talon out of lane until Talon finishes item 3074 then suddenly Fizz has to stay under turret.

It existed, was core, and was unhealthy as fuck so they removed it. Now you want to bring it back in an absurdly buffed form.

Also, spell vamp behaves very differently than lifesteal due to the burst nature of AP damage, and shouldn't be compared outside of mages like Cass and rumble.

Yep, and not only does it have an amazing buy rate of 1% on him, but since red is the only meta form, he spams q's, like Cass and rumble who I said were special cases. That item is also bought for the damage delay on bruises.

Lol this item is absurd. Already more than 100% gold efficient with just the AP. Lol dots and AoE get full benefit. This would actually be the most absurdly broken item in the game.

Also a Wukong main, I don't think it's fair for me to bully Rumble (a hard counter) out of lane just because I rushed item 3074 and item 3155 and can get back to 100% health again if I manage my mana.

Not a single constructive argument made. It should be noted that I do not use AP champs at all, I play Wukong top/mid/jg/carry/support and I'm not a fan of stompfest just because i can out sustain my opponent with healing.

That is what you give up as an AP champion. AP champions are not supposed to be able to sustain as well as AD. Also if players are taking bad trades into you when you have sustain and they do not then they are misplaying. Certain classes and builds offer different advantages and disadvantages l. That is how a game like this works. What would be the point of having champions that all did the same stuff equally as well.

False, everyone was taking WoTa over GB on Morde. It would break him as it's spell vamp and not omnivamp. Vlad is already strong as well without Will of the ancient, they added healing on his ult because it was removed. If they add it again they need to nerf Morde and Vlad sustain or even remove their healing added.
