You bring up a good point.

Riot, why are you trying to improve a champion from it's current 'meh' state over time instead of all at once? We, the people of the boards, want Azir to not receive any buffs until you can fix him 100%. So remove the buffs from the 5.5 notes, and let the champion rot.

And don't give me the "But then you'll just complain he sucks" shitck. We're going to complain regardless!
