He gets his mobility at 1-2 already, which makes him obnoxiously annoying for mages since he is immune to skillshots for the whole laning phase.

Yasuo's mobility is garbage.

His mobility is okay, once people learned to get used to it. The shield generation achieved by moving so much a bit dumb, but it's not overbearing.

They still need to revisit his crit-chance passive.
