i haven't tried the hextech loot thing yet

but from what i'm seeing, anyone with any form of behavioral punishment at any time in the game is not allowed hextech loot stuff.

on top of that, they're reminded every single post game lobby of that with a pop-up message

riot has to see that this in itself is pretty damn toxic lol.

me personally? i've got behavioral restrictions on this account. i couldn't really care less about the hextech looting stuff though. i just think it's bogus that i'm going to be told after every single game that im too toxic to get rewards. seems like with this change, anyone who got punished by riot will continue to get punished even if they maintain a squeaky clean record after said punishment.

Honestly you have to be pretty damn toxic in low elo to actually get a punishment, fact is every player I know who has gotten a punishment actually was legit toxic, so quite honestly, you don't get any of my pity, let riot remind you every game of your past wrongs, maybe it will stop you from flaming every single game.

what about people who did stop? they still get nothing. they served their time, and still they get told they're too toxic. i'm not asking for pity. i'm just pointing out this is a toxic way to deal with it considering there's ALREADY punishments for toxicity.

I did, nor did I downvote you even though I disagreed, but I noticed you did though. Plus your sudden need to defend yourself with that tone of hostility proves to me you are a very temperamental person who is more then likely still very toxic.

i didn't know you could hear a tone through text... okay, man. whatever you say. i don't think i was being aggressive until i said try reading the whole post. you just looked at my post and thought i was throwing a pity party for myself, as evidenced by you saying you don't get any of my pity.

you're obviously the aggressor here, because all i did was point out that punishing people two separate times for the same thing is nonsense.

i downvoted it because of your little comment "you don't get any of my pity, let riot remind you every game of your past wrongs, maybe it will stop you from flaming every single game."

try to be less aggressive, and don't play the victim when someone comes back at you with hostility.

"I didnt know you could hear tone through text"

"And dont play the vicctim when someone comes back at you with hostility"

Yeah, I see no problem with riot reminding you every game, your posts show me nothing has changed. Good day.

lol you come out swinging at me, can't take the heat when i point out why what you said was wrong, then leave. sounds like a typical man-child that plays this game to.

Keep up your good behavior and you'll become eligible.

thanks for actually giving me an answer, and not just jumping on my case for having behavior punishments put on me. +1 to you

The ineligibility for Hextech loot is not permanent, but the duration is variable depending on whether the player is showing reform or not. Riot NeuroCat said they would come back with more details later.

they should have included the details in their FAQ... At least, every other online company that does this sort of thing actually gives it's customers the whole information... I for one am going to cut back on giving riot any money tho because of this system's flaws and their inability to finally communicate the length it takes for them to classify someone as "reformed"
