Patch 10.3 Is a Joke

I am glad I have quit and uninstalled but I just wanted to see what the 10.3 patch contained and I predicted as much. After going to youtube and watching the most recent proguides upcoming patch rundown I just couldnt stop laughing. It just gets more and more laughable. Ekko Jungle nerfs, oh wait I mean slaps on the pee pee, is the pinnacle of Riot not caring about low elo or casual gameplay. Im sure even ekko mains are just scratching their heads like wtf now my champ will get gutted in the future because Riot sucks at balancing. They do it intentionally guys. They think metas are fun so they purposefully overtune certain champions to drastically shift the meta or they purposefully over nerf to reach the same end.

Shen would be disappointed in this patch update.
