Why? Well the problems with one are just immense. For instance if a patch came out during preseason that changed the bot lane meta, in game balance would be nearly destroyed for months at the least. I'm not talking some 54% winrate with some 46% winrate, im talking 60% winrate champions with 40% winrate others. If you though season 6 balance was bad, season 7 balance would be beyond atrocious.

Of course thats not taking into consideration that in order to force ADCs out of meta or force them into another lane would be incredibly hard. Being able to consistently apply large amounts of damage at range is just too valuable to reasonably take out of the game without gutting all of the current ADCs, even then other non ADC champions would be forced into the ADC role ETC.

I'd love a change in the meta, i really would, but I just don't see the ADC situation ever changing.
