For those who don't know, Lucian was designed to be a Mid laner. He was suppose to go up against champs like Zed, Syndra and Lux for example. So naturally he is a bit stronger than most bot laners.
The problem is that people took advantage of this and constantly played him bot lane, forcing riot to nerf him over and over so that he was not op.
Just an FYI for people who may not know and keep saying Lucian is OP. It's because he was originally a mid laner.
