The main problem with veigar is that you buffed everything

This is why Riot doesn't take balance suggestions on the board seriously.

This has never been true of Veigar. If he were strictly an anti-MAGE he wouldn't delete AD carries or melee non-assassin mids as easily as he does AP mids, which he has always done because of his ridiculous ult.

He's an infinite stacking champion, of course he can eventually kill an AD carry.
