No brainer it's a general buff to all junglers. But I think the best part is that it creates meaningful tradeoffs for different styles of jungling. Gankers will hit their early powerspike faster, but will have to make successful plays to keep up with the farming junglers. Farming junglers will still be at a significant gold disadvantage(compared to laners), but will be able to stay relevant regardless.

Overall I think the biggest buff is to caster based junglers closely followed by junglers with a massive level 6 powerspike. All in all this is a great change on paper. Good job riot
