The Shield Duration changes were a needed change, but its time to compensate some of these champions

You can't just drastically take away so much power from sub 50% winrate champs and not compensate them. I'm assuming something is already in the works, btu if not, please consider this.

There is a LOT of power and use cases being taken from gifted shields by taking away their duration, and while this is good, that power needs to be put somewhere else if you don't want these champs to just drop by 10%. (Unless You're Janna)
