I like to play champs like Xerath and Brand, and can beat my lane opponent and all of that no problem. But lately there's been a lot of Yi players in my ELO, and I'm not really sure how to deal with being jumped on by him during a teamfight, I feel helpless. I know Yi is not broken or anything, but I'm just struggling.

Go for 
and spamm ping help when yi keeps standing infront of you when you are in stasis.
Be aware if master yi tries to flank. If he tries to flank, try to stick closer to your tanks.
GankedByWindows1 votesStay near your team once it gets to that stage. You just need a single stun from your teammates to be able to delete him. In lane phase if you even see him at all you should be able to just 1 shot him so long as you don't get your spells dodged by his Alpha Strike.

if its mi- late game and there are no turrets.. well hopefully your team can blow them up while they are stunned
