@Riot Can we slap on a burst of MS on TF's E proc?
You aren't going to increase his AA range and you aren't going to give him any type of dash/blink in league of mobility at least tap on a MS bonus when he procs his E similar to Ahri's Q.
If you're that hesitant to give him any form of mobility you could make it so it would only proc on champions.
League of mobility is quite annoying for immobile mages that can't nuke the people before they're reached.
Snare shield and AoE slow + lots of range
AoE slow, stun + lots of range
I won't count this guy because he gets a MS bonus with his Q
AoE knockup, AoE slow + lots of range
AoE snare, snare, shield that ignores all cc + magic damage + lots of range
list just goes on and on
Meanwhile 
Has to choose between a single target stun or an AoE slow with 0 escapes 0 MS bonuses 0 dashes 0 blinks 0 anything
