If somebody with the highest average gold can "carry" the least something is incredibly off if you ask me.

has 41.25% in diamond, 46.57% in master.
Don't take winrates from challenger. The group is to small to get a proper result. Even in master the pool is pretty small.
In master 
has a 60.00% winrate, in diamond has has a 47.94% winrate.
It's natural that has a high cs. He suppose to be a lane bully. This is one of the reasons you find champs like 
& splitpush champs like 
their. This doesn't mean they always have high cs. The just have higher cs than their enemy because they where able to bully them early game. While splitpush champions in the end will keep pushing waves and so get a higher cs than the enemy.
