@Why Rammus gettin nerfs again . (PBE for now) could someone explain ?

Rammus AGAIN nerfs on Q and R :

Powerball (Q) damage lowered to 80/130/180/230/280 from 100/150/200/250/300
Tremors (R) cooldown increased to 100/80/60 from 60.

Im Medium Plat player and If I see Rammus in my game its like 1 on 231213132 games rlly. By Far now from my perspective I see alot other "MORE DOMINANT" (if i write this correctly) Junglers

Is that Hit for Lower Elo Players ? High Elo Players what is going with OK champion ?

Because Riot hates nerfing overpowered characters.

They have to nerf someone so they go for balanced ones.

A Rioter was on a RAD and died because he focused the Rammus with a Thornmail and full armor items.

Was Rammus played a lot in lcs recently? That could be why lol.

Between top and jungle, Rammus has about an 8% pickrate in plat and up. It should take about 8 games for you to have a 50% chance of seeing him.
