@ Riot Shen Viability and Inconsistency Concerns

+25 or +50 range on Q'(J4 has like 700 range on Q, and a gap closer like Shen and deals damage with all his abilities, the least they can do is give some Q range, it is currently at 475 and tied with 's Q. has a single target Q with over 600 range and he also deals damage with all of his abilities, so I doubt shen would be OP)

+5 Base movement speed ( has 340 and has 345... both primary role tanks, who have damage ults and sustain, the least you can do is give 340 base)

The least Riot can do for shen >:( He deserves so much more!
