season 10 : https://i.gyazo.com/0be583958b84bfe3731c2808c364f40b.png

as you can see, the % of games that last 20 and 25 min has decreased while the % of games that last more than 25 min has increased (30, 35, 40, 45; 50) the % of games that last 10 and 15 min has also decreased

we can see that the number of games that last 20 min has increased by 1% which might mean that more games end in surrender. Other than that, game duration has increased.

as we can see, nothing really changed except dragons. The first dragon killed has 1.18% less chance to win. This is actually huge because remember when Riot introduced first blood tower the %win rate of first tower was increased by 2%, the snowballing was so huge that ziggs botlane strategy showed up and Riot had to nerf the gold the first blood tower gave.

I suspect that the nerf to dragons and rift herald decreased snowballing and increased the duration of games in season 10.

Its preseason 10, you compared 10-11 months of data from season 9 to less than 10 days of data from PRESEASON 10. Maybe wait a bit before comparing stats and making assumptions based off of unfinished data.

Just to point it out, 2 percentage points is a far cry from the actual which is 1.19 percentage points.

1 has 9 months fo sample size the other has 6 days of sample size (of pre-season sample size to boot)

It isn’t even the end of preseason yet. There will be large balancing changes that will make this data obsolete.

I'm guessing "Winrate by first..." went down across the board because stealing Elder Dragon is a BIIIG comeback ticket even when your team is behind by quite a bit.

Also doesn't account for teams deliberately stalling to see what changes do in a longer game.
