Riot if you're buffing yasuo, then you have to buff riven too

Riven has been bad for almost the whole season yet nothing, but yasuo becomes not top tier for 1 patch and you guys are already planning buffs?

Give us a bone here, like make it so riven early game isnt complete trash like it is now, there is no reason to play riven over camille or irelia.

You don't think item 3508 is a friggin Riven buff? Goes hand in hand with her Ult.... makes her even more spammy than she is with just CDR.... which pretty much turns her into a blender....

That item is terrible on riven, it doesnt work the way you think it does.

(it doesnt start reducing her Q cd until the last one is cast).

It does work like i think it does and it's not about her Q. It's about Shotgunning her W and E for more frequent control, shield, stun and mobility. She also gets 1-2 sec off Q before it goes on cooldown in capable Riven hands.

The only real challenge with Riven building this is the fact some things die too fast. It pretty much is more useful as an early game item than a late game one. Once she starts hitting everything for 600-700 damage, it's hard for skills to leave things alive to auto attack. But when you still need autos to combo kill champs, it resets W and E FAST.
