Is it possible to make relic shield execute minions with ranged autos 20 minutes into the game?
It's so frustrating trying to last hit minions for the procs late game. It's the best support item for him yet he has issues using it mid to late game.

If Thresh wasn't 100% pick-rate and omnipresent in every single game to the point never mentioning his name would be met with "who?" that might be a cool change, but as-is I'm tiered of seeing Thresh as my opponent every game.
He doesn't need anything that remotely improves his play.
