another nerf to shyvana

I hope you are talking about dragons, if there is a direct nerf I will be upset.

Ultimately, cloud is the only one now that is useless and a little bit of Ocean 4 mana portion.

Easier to take down dragons though and more power into farming is good for the Dragon lady though. Shyvana can now impact the early game a bit without ganking. Of course everything in a game is subjective to what is happening, but a top side jungle ward that spots the enemy might just make Dragons free on Shyvana since she already melts them.

Shelly is also very easy for Shyvana. From a macro perspective Shyvana got buffed, but so did some of her counters so we'll see where she actually falls.

BTW: Shyvanas full clear+ 1 scuttle recall and return to krugs/gromp is ~8 seconds from that camps respawn. Meaning she can do 2 full clears with no down time. How much impact that has remains to be seen.

I kinda wish riot made her relevant again the way she's actually supposed to be played as an attack speed bruiser instead of aoe oneshot mage
