I don't really like to be a part of the raving mad, Lee Sin hating part of the community, but...

Why'd you remove the ability for Braum to ward hop with his jump, but allow Lee Sin to keep his? It just kind of seems out of place. I know Braum is a support and Lee is not, but... I don't know. It was a helpful escape. Why can't he have it be Lee Sin can? Lee already had a lot of other mobility, and Braum doesn't really have the same jumpy run-awayey type options.

Because Lee Sin has had that ability for so long he has become balanced AROUND being able to hop wherever he wants using wards. Braum wasn't designed with that ability in mind and they didn't want to balance him around that. It would allow him to engage and initiate on enemies BY HIMSELF, or hop over walls to escape WITHOUT AN ALLY IN THAT POSITION, which can really just turn him into a completely different kind of champion. He was still pretty strong on release but having that additional mobility would mean other parts of his kit would have to be nerfed to keep his power budget under control, and pretty much all those other things are really iconic to Braum.

I can see that now.

I suppose they just want Braum to be a "commits to the fight" kind of guy. Go in and go hard, no escapes.

Different champions. Lee Sin is balanced around it too, Braum isn't.
