Lucian after the nerfs DISUCSSION

I'm a Lucian main. He's one of my favorite champions. I love his gameplay and I love how diverse his build paths can be. I know though that he deserved nerfs, he was too strong in lane for as good of a mid/late game that he had. My question is how is Lucian after the nerfs? Is he in the right spot? Was he over nerfed? Still too strong? I'm interested to see this discussion!

I would personally like to see his passive do (30 , 40, 50% dmg to champions) but also do (50%) damage to minions at all ranks. I think that would solidify him in the "ADC's who can push really well" also, it will aid in last hitting. I'd really like to see that change.

I'm having trouble last hitting after using an ability, but I think that's more of a "learn the new behavior" vs. actually hurting him. Used to be able to Q, last hit two minions, Dash, Last hit two minions.

Yeah, I've played a couple of games on him and I ran into the same issue. The passive duration change hasn't been much of an issue, I'm pretty good at utilizing it to complete his full rotation. I'd really like to see the passive stay at 50% for all levels.

He's fine and shouldn't be a touched anymore, we have enough patches with Lucian changes already.
