Is it so mutch to buff fellow scorpion . Community has tons of ideas how to improve him and still nothing. Something what comes to my mind:

1. Change how crystal works - they are most of the time usless
2. Maby Revert R change - Let Skaner Atack During his Ultimate
3. Maby let his shield scale of HP , like Sejuani W and alot tanks

and what I dont understand. Riot stated they hate how skarner was workin in past . PERMA SLOW players right ?
