Randuin's Omen: Grounded Active
What if 
's active ability were replaced with "The user leaves an area of effect at their current location that lasts for 2 seconds, knocking down and grounding all enemies inside." I think this would help tanks have a bit more impact against high mobility champions.
Then, 
could gain Randuin's slowing active. It is already a solid support item, the slow would make it even more so.
Thoughts?
