Athene's should give Mana

"restores 15% of your maximum mana on kill or assist" "restores 2% of your missing mana every 5 seconds"

Both of these passives seem like they benefit those with large mana pools rather than those without. Chalice is also more about constant spamming, otherwise the user would usually buy something like instead

So I propose the following:

= = 10% CDR + 60 AP + 250 Mana + MR

OR

= 60 AP + 500 Mana + MR + stronger passives
