Worries about allowing "specialist" roles in low elo

So I have been thinking about this for a while, and I truley am concerned about what plats and diamonds will be like a year or two from now if dynamic que exists.

So in league I use the word "specialist" and I feel probably many other people do.

What is a "specialist"

Well a specialist is a person who mains a lane, champion or play style, and they are very very talented at said things, however if you were to force them into another role outside of that, they will fall off and weakness can be seen.

In high elo starting at about plat 3 you will see a lot of "specialists" I feel in high elo you are allowed to do this for you climbed the ranks and you explored the different roles and have a decent game knowledge on all of them, you have experience playing all roles and you know what to do as or against said roles.

However if we allow gold and lower players to do this then I fear that the quality of plats and higher in the future will deteriate.

Why do I feel this way?

For being allowed to always play what you want every game stops you from learning other roles and how said roles work. I firmly believe if you truley want to learn how to fight something or play with something you have to try out said role at leaste once.

Hai from cloud nine says one of the reasons his job is so easy is "I played mid lane for a long time so I know what our mid laner needs, and I played jungle for a while so that helps me know what our jungler needs" Hai from cloud nine has a great understanding in how to shot call and make decisions because he has played every role, he understands every role.

However I fear that allowing people to become "mains, specalists" at such a low elo will discourage them from learning the game properly. Thus once when they eventually do reach plat or diamond, the quality and demand for game knowledge will be lowered, for eventually unless you completely suck at this game, YOU WILL CLIMB, this is a fact.

Solution?

Get rid of dynamic que for bronze and silvers force them to play with the randomizer system so they have to learn how to play the game.

"im a mid laner and blind que always makes me play jungle thats why I'm bronze 5 fu rito!!!"

Low ELO is low elo because they lack the motivation/desire to learn how to win.

It's not that these guys don't exist in lower divisions, because they always do. However, they don't come across as often because of how the vast playerbase in lower divisions are people that plays lots of different things.

And since higher up there are way less people, and a high portion of such playerbase are so-called "specialists"...

What if it's just the specialists that managed to climb, while the other players who tries to play everything didn't?

I love seeing where people draw the line of where low elo ends and high elo begins. Sometimes it's based on how many rank tiers are on either side of the half way point, sometimes it's based on population percentage. Unfortunately it's also often based on where that person is ranked.

I don't think your "solution" will actually solve anything. If people want to get good at this game they will do what they need to do to climb. Let the people who want to climb from the bottom to the top with one playstyle do so. Sometimes that's the entire reason they play ranked; to see how far they can go while doing one thing.
