Why i have to deal with 4 premade in ranked

Thats not 4 premade... 2 and 2 does not make 4 that work together.

And how do you know that your team isnt premade?

Consider the team work coming from pair of 2 couples is better than whole random team, and cause they picking random combos while themself doing random stuff while the other team is on pair.
