Not even gonna go into the fact he has free 100% bonus hp or the fact he gives every champ in the game a free zhonyas active.
His E does 32% max hp damage. Thirty. Two. Percent.
If that wasn't joke enough that's just half of his E. His other half is a poke that does 300 (60% Ap), the base which is already around 30-50 higher than the majority of similar skillshots on older APCs. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Lord Dusteon3 votesFor one, that's his W. For two, that requires him to get within melee range of you and autoattack multiple times without you disengaging or attacking his carries at any point. For three, he can't use the poke (which is also blocked by minions and monsters) if he tries to do the %hp. For four, his W is on someone who needs to build tanky to be effective, meaning no penetration. On BASE ranged champion MR (assuming the champion had a stroke or something and never noticed the massive catfish wobbling towards him) that lowers it to 24.6% max hp damage; even lower if they have any form of extra MR.
