I'll just say "dodge the Q" for lee, "dodge the E" for zac and elise, and "dodge the EQ" for j4 then. This is a shitty argument.
The reason Nidalee is strong has NOTHING to do with her offensive play pattern. In fact, I think her regular play pattern is fine. What kills me is the unlimited mobility to jump over walls and just get small little bursts of speed on a very short cooldown. I think her un-hunted abilities should do less damage, but that's something else entirely.
I FUCKING hate Nidalee. But I'm rank 7 on her and i played her in game 5 of my plat series last year in a stomp. I know how to play this champion well and effectively, at least at my level. I also watch this champ on the pro level as well, especially when she's been downright RIDICULOUS in the hands of anyone who knows what they're doing.
All other jungle champs have to "breathe." They have to base, get mana, buy items, and generally their total pressure is somewhat limited on a given outing before they base. Nidalee doesn't need to breathe at all. She stays out with her jungle item and no cost cougar form, perpetually regaining mana and healing herself. She tirelessly takes jungle camps when other champs have to base or don't have the sustain she does. The fact that she can poke AND all in at the same time means that she's a constant threat if she's in your jungle and can't be ignored. If she lands a Q, which isn't hard if the opposing person has been zoned out of getting reasonable vision in their own jungle, she gets her whole combo off. OR she continues to stay at high HP and throw spears at you, which, in congested avenues like the jungle, aren't as easy to dodge as you people say it is.
Nidalee's "poke-into-all in" pattern isn't the problem by any means. It's the fact that she can exert so much pressure without needing to back and has an absolutely disgusting clear. I've seen this with my own eyes and done this with my own hands. Pro players REGULARLY complain about how stupid of a champ she is.
Rework her or make serious changes to how she moves and utilizes her resources, because right now, she's unbalanceable with those kinds of tools. If you want to just gut her damage, it's just gonna make her weak. It's her tools that make her broken.
