I haves some serious questions regarding the interaction of these things.

  1. Can a ghost Dragon be marked for death?
  2. Can a ghost Champion be marked for death?
  3. If either of these things are possible, will a ghost dragon count as a marked Champion or a Marked Jungle monster?

ghosts are considered pets and pets cant be marked, only large jungle monsters and champions.

Marked champions and marked monsters function exactly the same in terms of the stats on-kill.

If you were able to actively mark a Morde Ghost (doubt you could because it's on a timer and isn't a full member of the enemy team) it would have to count as a champion, since you can't actively mark monsters. If it were marked passively, it would be like a monster, and you would get the mark bonus if you killed it before it expired from some other cause.
