Its utterly ridiculous. If you're laning against an AD assassin now you basically have 0 armor because of the absurd amount of flat pen they are able to stack early in the game. And you're adding even more with Duskblade of Draktharr?
Not to mention that APs SINGLE defensive armor item gets it armor reduced?? What the fuck are you thinking Riot?

Squishy champs have huge amounts of armor right? 60 pen is nothing.
To get 40 pen all you need to do is build a ghostblade which is an extremely strong first buy now. Thats pretty much all of a squishy champs armor in the first 15 min while also having a considerable amount of AD. Seems legit right?

And most ranged champions only get 30 MR so Abyssal plus sorc boots and runes is about 42 spell penetration which literally reduces them to 0 MR. Does that bother you too?

Ya people totally rush Abyssal vs AD champions. AD assassins totally dont have mr/level scaling either. They obviously dont take MR runes cause they need dat ap/level.
Lets also just ignore the fact that AD assassins champs have strong auto attacks in addition to their spells and limited counterplay, whereas AP champs are limited by cooldowns and most often skillshots.

My point is that you don't balance one class strictly for its interaction with another. Based on your logic there is too much spell pen in the game too. If I am playing Diana mid against Ori and I rush an Abyssal Scepter and sorc boots then I roam bot lane what happens to the ADC that effectively has zero MR?
you have a point that auto attacks hurt but at the same that doesnt at all change the fact that flat pen is something you have to buy multiple items to get to this level. If I buy 3 items as an assassin I should be able to blow u a squishy just like if an ADC bought 3 crit items they should have really good dps. This isn't even insane. It's getting what you pay for lol
