You can't queue up for another game unless you honor one person.

Force them to say something nice/think of someone else/remove the salt

The honor system already means next to nothing. This change would actually make it mean nothing.

Yes it would. You're asking someone to thing about who they want to honor. Would some auto-honor? Sure. But since most people are salty, they'd most likely have a hard time choosing. Thought would go into it.

People aren't nice everygame. Some games there is no one to honor.

You also are lowering the little value honor has left because honor will be given out every game by one person each atleast. Then more people have honor and if they want to say "People with X honor get gifted" some time in the future well then they have to change things up because now everyone has a ton of honor,

Most people would auto honor. To be frank after a few games of it I woulda auto honor sometimes too probably because I just want to click "Play Again". Not all games have honorable people. It becomes a chore that eventually no one takes seriously.

This community isn't massively right brained, nor is that a bad thing. Go take a step into the Concepts and Creations Boards if you want to get another view.
