If he can be safe, poke well, farm easily, all in and get out easily, and he has a unavoidable combo (WEQ). You can't dodge this , he can miss it. So no, he is not healthy because his burst is delayed. He is cancer because of all the other things he has. Talon is also stupid. His play pattern is stupid. You either get fed and carry non-stop or you just kill everyone with 0 counterplay because he is pretty much all point and click ( and missing his W point blank is your fault, not that you get outplayed except by flash )

Most of the forum is bronze... another significant portion of the forum plays Zed.
