@Meddler This isn't a fair for top lane Elise

We're nerfing the % damage in order to make Elise weaker, because we believe she's far too strong at present. Compensation buffing's not appropriate as a result, since it goes against the goals of the change. Compensation buffing can be the right approach in other contexts (e.g. removing power from a skill with little counterplay, adding it back in to a healthier spell), sometimes though what's needed is just a straight nerf.

  • Elise Neurotoxin (Human Q) percent of target's current health reduced to 4% from 8%. Level one damage : 40 Mana cost : 80

I understand nerfing the % damage is a good step to bring her power curve down, But why is lane Elise being affected because of her jungle power? Its not like I'm suggesting to increase the over all base damage.

Currently its 40/75/110/145/180, what I'm suggest is 60/85/110/145/180.

This nerf will affect top lane Elise more so than jungle Elise, so why is that okay? You guys claim to support diversity in the game but you are constantly nerfing Elise to only one role. She was a top laner in the past and pushed towards to jungle because of her history. Now, when shes a jungler you are putting her power there and nerfing her capability to go top.

That isn't fair nor is it a good way of balancing a champion.

Cause elise is meant to be a jungler. Old top lane Elise was pure cancer.

Um, no.

Because nobody cares about lane Elise.

I mean, jungle Elise is cancer, but old lane Elise was hyper-cancer.

I mean, the same thing happens to a bunch of champions. Lane kayle got weaker cause jungle kayle was strong, same with shyvana.
