By ulting you undertower using all his abilities and 1 auto and then just pressing r again then continues to laugh and dive you until he ends up 3-0 and then starts roaming and your entire team rages at you for a fed zed in which no one even tried to help you.

In any event, you can't even argue Zed isn't the single safest assassin in LoL.
disregardable2 votesPersonally, if Zed had gotten a single kill on me in the above pattern the OP says he did (all in tower dive while full health), it wouldn't have felt like a waste at all to me. I would've immediately switched gears and rushed it. I would never expect Zed to do that, but as soon as he does it once, you have no excuse.

My point here is that if you throw gold at QSS you didn't spend it on armor. If he's that far ahead, he'll kill you without the ultimate and will just escape with it.
I'm not going to argue whether Zed is overpowered or not because I don't play him, and therefore don't know enough about him. However, I CAN tell you that I know enough to say he is by far the safest assassin and his counters aren't exactly the best.

QSS shouldn't ever be bought until late-game when his ult will take about half of your health if you let it pop.
He's still easy enough to outplay as long as you can sidestep the shurikens and not stand right on top of his shadow since you'll have an idea of about where he's throwing it.

It has a lot more to do with long range manaless harass on a fairly short cooldown more than it does the skill levels of the player facing Zed. He's always annoying because of this, which results in a lot of "Zed is OP," threads. I'm not saying he's OP or balanced, but one thing is certain. He's a safe, low risk, high reward assassin, and is incredibly annoying.

Yeah lemme just rush that on Orianna, Syndra, Ziggs, Lux, and Brand. By the time you can even consider buying something like that, Zed is already strong enough to not need his ult to kill you.
It'd be better to just get a seekers so shurikens don't hurt as much.

It's already a core item on Morgana, Fiddle and Kennen because their ults aren't considered channels (and should be even though they can move)
But it's also becoming an unnecessarily ubiquitous buy for AP with Ludens Echo and Deathcap in the game.
Zhonyas is the counter for Zed, not QSS, but Zhonyas counters too much as it is. An appropriate nerf on it would be to make it freeze cooldowns when used.
Faith Breaker1 votesCertain champs have an extremely grating and annoying laugh. I've muted the volume on certain games with Rengar, Lb, and Zed players constantly laghing. I guess turn about is fair play for all my Lux gigglegasms, Leona chuckwaffles and Udyr bellybarbbles.
