Is Kalista even that bad?

According to champion.gg she is the worst ADC at the moment, but is she really? I played a game with her a few weeks ago and carried and got an S+. Is she really as bad as how people say? Judging from what I've seen, she's not.

Kalista's heavily support dependent.

In pro play this makes her quite strong, because they're coordinated. In yolo que it makes her garbage.

In my eyes, she has been garbage since her initial nerf a very long time ago (not sure which patch.) that made her need to stay near her support to be viable.
