Rapid fire canon and static shiv passives should alternate at 75 charges....

Lets say I want to play Ashe and after I buy item 3031 , I want as much crit/attack speed as possible.

before my options were item 3087 and item 3046 . item 3046 used to work on all adcs regardless of their range.

But not, you only get max use if you have 500 range or less. This means Ashe can no longer use use it efficiently.

So if I want more crit and attackspeed, I only haveitem 3094 and item 3087 and their passives don't stack.

So for all ADCs with 500 plus range who want more attackspeed and crit, the options are

item 3087 item 3046 item 3094 .

Taking any 2 of the above items means you are not using 1 of the passives they offer effectively.

We also have item 3085, but not many ADCs use this.

So I'm not saying that item 3094 and item 3087 should stack, but maybe their passives should alternate at 75 charges instead of 100 once you buy both.

So we can have both items in our build instead of having to choose 1.

Yeah i used to build hurricane and shiv on Ashe before the pre-season and now it simply doesn't worth it.

Well, in seasons before you never bought phantom dancer for the movement speed (or at least I didn't) so I don't really get why not being able to use it's movement speed should keep you from getting it. you should be getting it because it has higher attack speed than the others and a form of damage resist.

PD is changed on PBE to keep the Zeal's 5% MS and only get further 7% from the passive (still having 12% increased MS if an enemy champion is in 500 range).
