he can't push his burst isn't fast enough that he could instakill anyone with defense unless horribly fed or he lands his ult and gets some time to kill them because they were overextended or something.

You deal with him using wave control, smart building, and cc

Sustain.

He has no built in sustain, if you play a bruiser with sustain you beat him. That's all.

QSS the ult. He needs the ult to all in

QSS doesn't remove it. It only removes the slow (or knockup if you QSS+Flash the shark.)
