Yet uh, you know, every game, I get matched with people who average -3:1 and feed their fucking asses off, while the enemy team is all decent but still bad. And here I have 0 deaths, while my team has fed 25, and then I start dying because they can all one shot me.

BUT HEY! Ban people who talk crap in chat. Yeah. Who the fuck cares about some troll who goes 0/10? Or a jungle who starts clearing without a jungle item, backs and sells their items, buys a jungle item, and then proceeds to feed? Definitely not worth punishing, nope. But you talk crap in a game? Permaban.
